About Us

WHAT WE DO

The Belmont Club of Women is organized exclusively for charitable purposes as defined by section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of future federal tax code. As volunteers, members strive to provide services and resources to meet needs within the local communities of Orange, Louisa and Spotsylvania counties.

Our Club

The Belmont Club of Women was formed in 1928 as the Home Demonstration Club.  Its purpose was to promote the social welfare of rural women in all aspects of their life. In 1981 the club was renamed the Belmont Club of Women.

Our primary purpose is community service along with providing numerous activities for our members. We currently have approximately 80 members.
